Victor is an American DJ, songwriter and record producer born in Birmingham, Alabama.  Victor was introduced to the world of music by his Father who was a mobile DJ for 25 years. He shadowed his Father at the early age of 8 and grew an appreciation for music and the art of being a DJ.


Victor began to work as a DJ in grade school performing in many talent shows. He continued on through college where he earned a Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University.  In his mid 20's, Victor began producing and writing music in his basement studio. He began a career as a local Entertainer in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia.  


He has worked with various local sound production companies and numerous national artists such as Zapp, The Manhattans, Mary Mary, Johnnie Taylor, Nelly, Bobby Blue Bland, Kid Capri, Doug E. Fresh and Taylor Hicks, to name a few.  He later started his own production company (PAL Media Group, LLC) where he has received numerous accolades for providing full Sound/Lighting/Video Production for artists such as Future, Ludacris, Ledisi, Calvin Richardson and nationally syndicated morning shows such as Rickey Smiley and Tom Joyner.


In early June 2018, Victor teamed up with producer Al Mack and began working his debut Hit single 'Old School Love" which was released early June 2019.

Victor currently lives in Birmingham, AL with his beautiful wife and three lovely children.  Victor is a well balanced person of compassion that has a relentless spirit for music and a heart to give and inspire.
